Healthy Breakfast Drink

Here's a healthy drink to boost your energy in the morning without coffee.

Ingredients;
1 cup rice milk
1 large banana
1/2 a scoop of vanilla protein
1 small container of Stonyfield Farms's O'Soy yogurt (I used strawberry)
1/4 cup smashed walnuts
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)optional
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (or to taste) optional
1-2 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
This is an adapted recipe from Dannon yogurt, but b/c I can't have milk products I changed a few things around. This is very good and if you're a milk fan and not sure of the texture, this is a great alternative to milk. I used to love milk but as I get older milk doesn't like me so much so I'm trying out some new things and this really is tasty and I can't tell that it isn't milk.

I'm starting some new projects, and getting to make new plush monsters. I am also going to be making some new body balms that I usually only sell at our Ohio Renaissance Festival.

I'm very excited about the new products, they are all natural so you aren't poisoning your body or the environment b/c I package my items in tins and or glass jars, so they can be either reused or recycled;)

Holiday are coming up once again so stay posted for a look at some of the new dolls that are being made.

Cat Art Show Update

Free Food and Drink

On February 14th, Loveland Studios on Main will be open to the public from 6pm-10pm. There will be free food and drink (beer, wine, water,etc)You will be able to view the studios of local artists.This isn't all, this night is a special night.There will be a silent auction on donated paintings from across the country to help support local cats that were found in a closed down dilapidated factory. The caretaker of the site has been trying to feed these cats and care for them, but it was to much. Animal rescue got involved and local artists got involved to help raise money to get health care and new homes for the cats.Not able to to afford a painting? Animal rescue has also made high quality duplications of the original art and you can buy a t-shirt, tote bag, or framed tile, and there's other things as well.This is a great opportunity to help save a life that didn't ask for it to be treated so harshly.Hope to see you there. http://www.studiosonmain.com/
